Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Gen AI-powered solutions within Service Now (Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search)
Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) like Open AI / Azure Open AI with Service Now
Develop and customize Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
