ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities



• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or HRSD as applicable)

• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs

• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub

• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, and solution documentation

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications

• Support platform upgrades, patching, and instance health checks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, architects, QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer as needed



Required Qualifications



• 2-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Inc...
