Role Description

This is an on‑site contract role for a ServiceNow Developer based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements, including workflows, forms, integrations, and custom scripts. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, translating requirements into technical solutions, implementing updates and enhancements, and troubleshooting issues in existing ServiceNow configurations. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards, and maintaining documentation for configurations and processes. The developer will also support testing activities, performance tuning, and incident resolution to ensure stable and efficient platform operations.
