Role : ServiceNow Developer (ITOM, CMDB) Experience : 5 to 12 years Location : Bangalore , Hyderabad ,Chennai Keywords : ITOM, CMDB Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Service Catalog, Event Management, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Configuration Management Good-to-Have Expert in ITOM , CMDB Modules Skills & Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Service Catalog development, including creating and customizing catalog items, workflows, and approvals. Expertise in Event Management , including event correlation, alerting, and integrating with monitoring systems. Strong experience with Flow Designer for process automation. Deep understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB best practices. Proficient in developing custom Workflows and Flow Designer Flows to automate business processes. Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting capabilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
