Servicenow Cmdb-Csdm Analyst (Lugo)

For our international customer in Valencia, we are looking for a hybrid ServiceNow CMDB‑CSDM Analyst. EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Valencia or willing to relocate, and must be versatile to work across time zones, including alignment with US Eastern Time where required. Work permit is not provided. Candidates must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities
Implementing and enforcing CSDM standards for Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services.
Using CMDB Health Dashboards to detect and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale CIs.
Defining CI classes, attributes, naming conventions, and relationships, and managing the lifecycle of data.
Managing and troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and data ingestion from third‑party tools.
