This role is pivotal in the effort to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions. The architect leads architectural strategy, ensures platform alignment with enterprise processes and IT standards, and acts as a trusted ServiceNow advisor to executives and stakeholders.
