**What You Will Do:**

+ Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - ServiceNow team.
+ Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow-related initiatives.
+ Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
+ Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across the platform.
+ Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
+ Analyze current-state and future-state processes to recommend efficient, scalable solutions.
