ServiceNow Business AnalystRole SummaryThe ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and ServiceNow developers to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. This role drives requirements gathering, process design, and delivery of scalable workflows that enhance operational efficiency, governance, and user experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across IAM, InfoSec, and Technology teams to understand business needs and pain points
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
