Requirements

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, and GlideAjax.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly in ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB.
• Proven experience in implementing ITSM tools with demonstrated proficiency in Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and other ITIL process areas.
• Practical experience in creating or modifying relevant CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and IRM toolset components.
