ServiceNow Administrator Senior

**Description**

SAIC is looking for exceptional IT professionals to join our Civilian Sector as a Senior ServiceNow Developer in support of the continued growth on our Department of the Interior team. SAIC leads the way to provide customer-centric IT Service Management (ITSM) focused on improving service and leveraging processes and strategies with an emphasis on timely IT services and support.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and integrating platform capabilities and module functionalities within the DOI ServiceNow environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the DOI through agile development practices, driving seamless integration of various systems and tools to optimize service.
