Service Technician - Electric Vehicle | Al-Futtaim Automotive | BYD UAE

BYD is a global technology company in electric mobility. As part of Al-Futtaim Automotive’s Electric Mobility division, this role supports the sales and aftersales of BYD electric vehicles in the UAE. The position is an EV Service Technician focused on diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of BYD EVs while upholding safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on BYD electric vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot EV systems, including high‑voltage components and battery systems
• Carry out repairs following manufacturer guidelines and EV safety standards
• Complete repairs the first time, minimizing vehicle downtime
• Perform vehicle inspections and support Electronic Vehicle Check (EVC) reporting
