Service Technician

Key Responsibilities Attend to breakdowns, identify upselling opportunities on site, and follow through on potential sales Draw up Bills of Materials for projects and liaise with Stores on procurement Design panel drawings and layouts, liaising with panel builders on drawings and approvals Review cable and materials specifications for installations (cable trays, glands, consumables etc.) Carry out burner modification and retrofits, panel-to-burner testing and simulations ahead of installation Handle startup and commissioning, including travel locally and internationally as required Liaise with clients on travel arrangements, accommodation and site readiness ahead of visits Provide remote advice and support to clients via phone, WhatsApp and site groups, and deliver on-site equipment training Complete site reports, quotes and invoicing, and process paperwork with Accounts Perform software updates/downloads on site systems and conduct site surveys for new, non-Autoflame sites Mentor juni...
