Service Technician - Application Support

Job Title This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service in servicing and repairing vehicles. Promotes company and branch location employee cohesiveness through effective communication, teamwork and shared services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for:

Coordination of vehicle service scheduling, maintenance, and delivery.

Examining and determining need for vehicle repairs. Also, responsible for all lubrication, light mechanical work and tire repair and maintenance as qualified.

Ensuring that interior and exterior of service station facility is neat, clean and in good condition and report to supervisor any issues that may need resolution.

Promoting new products and services to customers and assisting with stocking inventory.

Performing customer check out using point of sale system and/or writing tickets.

Assisting in the maintenance of the shop work area.
