Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 3 years related technical aviation maintenance experience. 2 years people management experience with accountability and ownership of employee relations activities, including writing and delivering performance reviews, making hiring and termination recommendations, making compensation recommendations, driving employee development, etc. A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license preferred.
