The Role: Service Support Representative We are currently seeking a Service Fleet Vehicle Support Representative, to join our Field Services Support team. What will you do? Reports to the Field Services Support Manager. Review incoming requests related to vehicle service, fuel cards, insurance cards, toll transponders, repairs, registrations, and other routine requests. When needed, seek clarification of any service requests from the appropriate party (vehicle driver, manager of a vehicle driver or other authorized program participant) Perform regular tracking of requests to confirm committed schedules are maintained.
