This role is responsible for supervising front-end associates, maintaining service standards, supporting operational execution, and assisting store leadership with daily front-end performance.

• Oversee daily front-end operations, including checkout lanes, service desk, and customer flow
• Ensure registers are properly staffed and lines are managed to minimize wait times
• Monitor transaction accuracy, cash handling, and adherence to company procedures
