Responsibilities

• Develop service sales strategy and ensure a unified approach to customers within alignment and Service Director alignment.
• Achieve sales growth and expand market reach and coverage, identifying opportunities for upgrades, customized service projects, service level agreements, and repairs.
• Determine and implement go‑to‑market strategy, defining sales channels according to country requirements and resource availability.
• Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the service sales team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high‑quality service levels and execution.
• Operate in partnership with the new machines sales team to identify revenue‑maximizing opportunities and improve overall customer experience.
