Job DescriptionWe continue to grow as a company and have an exciting opportunity to join Arista's Sales Operations Team.
This role will primarily focus on driving renewal revenues in a fast-paced Cloud computing environment within agreed SLA while providing a superior customer experience.
This role will include interacting with customers and the whole Arista contract to cash team and it is envisaged the successful applicant will contribute in all areas of Sales Operations.What You'll DoEnsuring all Installed Base records are correct and up-to-date, this includes working with Sales Reps/Customers/Partners on reconciliations.Proactively preparing renewal quotes to ensure customers have the opportunity to renew before their support expires, this includes working closely with Sales Reps and Customer to understand their requirements and responding appropriately.Responding on a timely basis to queries relating to support, renewals and Installed Base queries.Follow-up on customer r...
