Service Operations Manager

The Role
We are looking for a Service Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our trade and services business. This role sits between the CEO and the business- you are the person who makes sure everything that needs to happen actually happens, on time, without the CEO having to chase.
You will manage active trade shipments, banking and entity operations, vendor and partner relationships, government liaison, and client coordination across multiple business units. You will also be responsible for building the operational processes that allow the business to scale without becoming dependent on any one person.
What You Will Do
Trade & Logistics Management
Own end-to-end management of export shipments UAE to Europe — documentation, logistics coordination, invoicing, payment follow-up, and archiving
Maintain a live tracker of all active shipments, payments, and open items
Identify and onboard new logistics partners and suppliers through direct outreach
