Service Operations Lead – Aftermarket Growth

Ingersoll Rand plc in Shah Alam, Malaysia, seeks a seasoned service leader to grow our aftermarket business. The role reports to the Senior Service Manager, Malaysia & Brunnei, and will be based in Shah Alam.

You will drive service contracts, parts sales and maintenance, while leading a field service team to achieve total customer satisfaction and profitability. A strong background in rotating equipment and air compressors is preferred.
