About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Service Repair & Customer Support Technician to support our service center operations. The incumbent will be responsible for repair services, customer counter support, product inspection, return validation, and on-site service assistance for monitors, PCs, robotic vacuum cleaners, and B2B Information Display Signage products.

Key Responsibilities :-

Walk-In Repair Services

• Manage walk-in repair services for monitors, PCs, and robotic vacuum cleaners, including customer registration, product inspection, troubleshooting, and repair execution.
• Accurately document and track repair cases within the service management system.
