Service Manager Platform Security

Key Accountabilities

• Drive the implementation and operation of security controls for on-premises and cloud infrastructure platforms in line with defined policies and standards under guidance of the central security team
• Execute security-related operational tasks such as system hardening, configuration checks, and vulnerability remediation following established procedures
• Assist in administering identity and access management controls, including role assignments and privileged access under supervision
• Support security monitoring activities by reviewing alerts, logs, and findings and escalating issues as required
• Contribute to security incident response activities by collecting information, supporting analysis, and helping with documented corrective actions
• Assist with security assessments, reviews and compliance checks for on-premises infrastructure and cloud services
