Service Manager Platform Security

Key Accountabilities

• Drive the implementation and operation of security controls for on‑premises and cloud infrastructure platforms in line with defined policies and standards / under guidance of the central security team.
• Execute security‑related operational tasks such as system hardening, configuration checks and vulnerability remediation following established procedures.
• Assist in administering identity and access management controls, including role assignments and privileged access under supervision.
• Support security monitoring activities by reviewing alerts, logs, and findings and escalating issues as required.
• Contribute to security incident response activities by collecting information, supporting analysis, and helping with documented corrective actions.
