CMH Mazda & Volvo Menlyn is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead and manage the aftersales operations of both the Mazda and Volvo franchises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, workshop efficiency, profitability, team development, and compliance with manufacturer standards.This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage service advisors, technicians, parts integration, customer satisfaction, and operational performance while maintaining the premium standards expected of both brands.
