**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in setting up manufacturing assembly processes or driving new product launches or assembly processes Refining within manufacturing operation.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
- Experience in design for manufacturability and serviceability.
- Excellent cross-functional engineering skills and experience leading a team.
