Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate the business processes and information system status of the client's enterprise.
  • Design and develop digital transformation strategies and implementation plans.
  • Provide professional digital solutions and technical consulting services.
  • Guide and assist client enterprises in optimizing organizational structure and reengineering processes during the digitalization process.
  • Manage and coordinate internal teams, including technical development, operations, and sales departments.
  • Monitor the progress of digital projects and ensure that they are carried out according to plan and budget.
  • Regularly report project progress and key indicators to clients and management.
  • Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with customers, continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
