Service Engineer

Our client is a US based MNC specializing in Test Equipment & Industrial Automation Solutions. The role will be responsible for performing installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor test equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost.
• Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training, and troubleshooting.
• Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved.
• Provides technical expertise and value to customers
• Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system.
• Provides hardware development and consultation.
