SERVICE ENGINEER (Product Support)
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of Normet equipment.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on Normet machinery, including underground mining and tunneling equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in the field.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and client technicians.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Skill sets required
The candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Normets underground utility and concrete spraying machinery, with the ability to perform equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
