Service Engineer, Medical Techology

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence for the assigned product portfolio.
• Provide service support to the sales team, including demos, exhibitions and trade shows.
• Perform installation, commissioning, repair, calibration and preventive maintenance services to customers.
• Collaborate with back office to fulfill service deliverable schedules and ensure all protocols are executed timely.
• Provide technical support and customer care activities, including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Engage in repair, installation, calibration, commissioning and after‑sales maintenance service at customers’ sites.
• Provide technical support for the sales team during seminars, demos, exhibitions and workshops, usually over weekends.
• Perform LAN integration and resolve connectivity issues related to medical devices, data management systems, computer OS, security and firewall settings.
