Job Description
- Fully support customer and relationship building
- Provide field operations support to customers and take care our customers after sales
- Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices to deliver quality Field Operations.
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance servicing of machines,
- Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interface with all involved functions.
- Responsible for setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection before installation - Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required.
- Working close to Japanese manager(Can speck Thai) - Any other duties assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
・At least 3 years of experience on maintenance department in an Automobile Company or an Industrial Company...
