D-Wave is seeking an experienced Service Engineer II to maintain and support our innovative quantum computing systems. In this hands-on role, you'll enhance system performance and customer experiences in Burnaby.
As a Service Engineer II at D-Wave, you will work with multidisciplinary systems, including mechanical and cryogenic components. Your key responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, upgrading, and repairing complex quantum computing systems for our Leap quantum cloud service. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D teams to enhance service reliability, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
