Service Dispatcher

Description We are looking for a Service Dispatcher to support daily field operations for a Contract position based in San Jose, California. This role is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, keeping customers informed, and helping ensure service calls are handled efficiently across residential, commercial, and municipal accounts. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, sound judgment, and a customer-focused approach to managing changing priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assign service calls and project work to technicians by balancing availability, skill set, location, and service urgency.
• Update the daily schedule as conditions change, including emergency requests, cancellations, delays, and shifting customer needs.
