Role: Service Desk - Voice trainer

Location: Chennai

Exp: 5-7 yrs

Mode of interview : Virtual

Must Have Skills:

Technical & Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication, pronunciation, and neutral accent.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and service desk operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Freshservice (optional).

Training Skills

  • Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and simplify complex information.
  • Experience in voice coaching, communication training, or customer service training.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in a service desk communication/voice trainer prefered.
