We have an exciting opportunity available to joinour Albany Auckland based Support Centre asService Desk Technician. This is a 40-hour role working Monday to Friday.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptionaltechnical support to internal staff, both in the Support Centre and Stores,empowering them to enhance productivity and leverage technology for achievingbusiness objectives. We are in search of an individual who will advocate forcustomer needs within the Technology team, ensuring a swift and user-friendlyservice while fostering awareness of technology among users.
This position primarily involves supporting thetechnology infrastructure, encompassing computer hardware, operating systems,technology management tools, and various applications. The goal is to enableMitre10 staff to efficiently carry out their day-to-day business operations.
