SERVICE DESK MANAGER - Join us in building a new service desk in Helsinki Tattarisuon

We are looking for two skilled individuals to launch a new service desk in Helsinki Tattarisuon. This role combines customer service, commercial activities, and new development. You will meet customers daily, make deals, and build a service point that customers return to repeatedly.

We offer you the opportunity to take responsibility for the overall success of the service desk. You will be responsible for daily operations, act as the primary contact for customers, develop long-term customer relationships, and ensure an excellent service experience in every interaction.

Requirements

• Experience in metal, recycling, or material handling industries
• Experience in operating machinery or material handling equipment
• Proven track record in customer work, developing customer relationships, or improving operations
• Practical approach and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to handle forklifts and tools confidently
