Bilingual Service Desk Executive (100% Native English)Work Mode: Hybrid, remote or on-site (based on performance)Schedule: 12-hour day shifts with a rotating 4‐days‐one‐week / 3‐days‐the‐next‐week pattern.2 agents working from 5:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M. (CDMX), on a rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next (long shift rotation).2 agents working from 7:00 a.M. to 7:00 p.M. (CDMX), also on a rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next (long shift rotation).1 agent working from 5:00 a.M. to 1:00 p.M.
