Job Description

We are looking for a Multilingual Service Desk Agent (Polish) to provide technical and end-user support for a global account. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and Polish language proficiency .

Qualifications / Requirements

• With or without Service Desk experience
• At least 2 years of Technical Support experience
• Can speak, read, and write Polish
• Native Polish speakers or non-native with C1 proficiency
• Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines OR
• Foreign nationals with valid PRV/TRV residing in PH
• At least Vocational Diploma / Short Course / Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree
