Service Designer

At ALTEN Finland , we are looking for a Service Designer with strong UI/UX and Figma expertise to join our team and support the design of impactful digital services. The work can be done remotely, but candidates must be based in Finland. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy working on service design throughout the entire design process.

Overview

Role focuses on service design across the entire design process with emphasis on UI/UX and prototyping in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Drive service design activities, including research, journey mapping, and workshops
• Turn user, customer, and business needs into seamless service experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes
• Design high-quality UI concepts in Figma
• Validate and refine designs through user feedback and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams throughout the design process
