Service Delivery Coordinator: Flexible Hours & Work-Life

Fusion5 is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join the Customer Success team and keep customer delivery on track across NZ-based and Australian clients. The role blends coordination, communication, reporting, and light project management with a strong focus on delivering outcomes and trust with customers and internal teams.

You'll work closely with Service Delivery Managers to support delivery, manage day-to-day activity, prepare meetings, and keep records up to date.
