Service Crew Reliever

The Service Crew Reliever is a highly flexible and reliable position responsible for temporarily assuming the full duties of regular Service Crew members, including providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving ice cream products, and maintaining stall cleanliness. The Reliever must be readily available to cover shifts due to illness, vacation, or high-demand periods, ensuring uninterrupted operations and consistent service quality.

• Operational Coverage and Flexibility (Primary Focus):
• Be on-call and flexible to cover shifts with short notice, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to fill scheduling gaps.
