**Job Summary:**
To manage and coordinate the scheduling, planning, and execution of service activities for compressors and compressed air equipment while ensuring service efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Plan, schedule, and dispatch technicians for breakdowns, installations, and preventative maintenance.
+ Prioritize urgent service calls and manage service contract schedules and compliance.
+ Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and the Service Manager.
+ Load and manage service, sales, and purchase orders on the ERP system.
+ Ensure accuracy of job cards, service reports, and invoice documentation.
+ Track inventory levels, reserve parts for jobs, process GRNs, and liaise with the warehouse.
+ Follow up on back orders, supplier deliveries, and discrepancies.
+ Maintain service history records and assist with warranty claims.
