Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests promptly
• Providing technical support to customers via telephone and email.
• Performing hands‑on in‑house troubleshooting, service and repairs and prepare cost estimates.
• Proactively contacting customers to promote maintenance contracts and service.
• Provide quotes to customers, which will include email and phone exchanges.
• Completing administrative tasks associated with the CRM Service module and ERP system
