:Verify service request details, confirm credit approval, apply marketing programs, and review service history.
Open work orders, and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Maintain accurate records in Case and other systems to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
Assist Repair Planners and Service Supervisors during repair execution, ensuring real-time updates in Case, SWIP Tool, and M3.
Complete work order adjustments, SG&A forms, warranty and goodwill documentation, and escalate risks as needed.
Schedule and participate in Pre, Mid, and Post job meetings, capturing action items and updating commitment dates.
Arrange transportation, hotshots, and third-party contractor services, including documentation and procurement requests.
Coordinate site-specific training and access requirements for technicians.
