Service Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking Service Coordinators to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their security and alarm systems. This role combines customer support, troubleshooting, and scheduling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding alarm/security systems
+ Troubleshoot issues with sensors, panels, batteries, and other equipment
+ Walk customers through systems (Honeywell, DMP, Alarm.com, Resideo)
+ Place systems on test mode to prevent emergency dispatch during servicing
+ Schedule technicians for onsite service when needed
+ Manage and prioritize a high-volume ticket queue (~200 open tickets)
+ Document all customer interactions and resolutions
+ Coordinate with internal teams and technicians to ensure timely service
