About the Role

We’re recruiting a Service Charge Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage service charge accounts across our properties.
• Ensure accurate calculation, recording, and delivery of charges.
• Prepare annual service charge budgets and final accounts.
• Issue customer demands and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with leases and policies, maintaining audit trails.
• Support external audits when required.
• Work with colleagues, residents and contractors to provide reliable data.
• Review processes and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Organised, numerate and confident working with data.
• Good IT skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator capable of explaining complex information clearly.
• Experience in service charge accounting is desired.
