Overview
To coordinate Service Centre operations by acting as the central point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders ensuring effective communication, seamless job execution, customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and efficient management in operational excellence to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing service jobs within the Service Center.
- Monitor job progress and update internal tracking systems.
- Assist in scheduling service activities, manpower and logistics.
- Coordinate with customers regarding job status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare service reports, delivery documents, and monitor invoicing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service centre efficiency.
