Grenier Automobile is looking for a Service Call Center Agent to join its team!

Job Description

• Schedule appointments for the service department.
• Confirm appointments.
• Answer incoming service calls.
• Make outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.).
• Collaborate with the mechanical department team.
• Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Required Experience

• Automotive mechanical service (an asset).

Compensation

Up to $23/hour, including bonuses
