SERVICE ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for handling shipment arrangements for inbound and outbound spare parts, processing Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests, and receiving service claims from walk-in customers at the service counter. Performs initial product inspection and checklist verification, accurately logs service cases into the system, coordinates with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of claims and shipments, and provides customer assistance regarding service procedures and status updates.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS

College Graduate.

At least 6 months of customer service, logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
