Service Assistant / Reception (m/f/d)
- Acting as a hub between customers and the service department
- Receiving customer requests at reception for workshop appointments, etc.
- Managing the customer service/reception telephone switchboard, customer care in the waiting area
- Supporting and assisting the tyre department
- Recording accurate customer and vehicle data
- General support for the service advisors
Our desired profile
- Commercial training, retail specialist or assistant in a car dealership
- Training in the service sector with experience in the automotive industry or completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician / specialist or bodywork technician with commercial experience
