Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and reliable Service Assistant to join our Factory Service Centre in Pemulwuy, NSW for a major recall project, with a strong view to a permanent opportunity at the end of the project (approx 6 months)


This is a broad and varied role that combines warehouse administration, customer service, computer-based tasks, and some hands-on technical work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately book in tools received via courier, delivery, or customer drop-off

  • Verify customer details, fault descriptions, and warranty information

  • Prepare workflows for technicians and ensure jobs are processed efficiently

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and over the counter

  • Prepare completed tools for dispatch with correct documentation and packaging

  • Process battery, charger, and torch claims...
